That's not unrealistic really, 120bhp is quite easy to achieve, more that than requires additional cooling (Intercooler) and better exhaust system etc.
The capacity of a 2.0 turbo diesel is quite high, many new cars have around 170bhp and all run high boost pressures etc. To be fair the HDi was massively de-tuned from the factory because they wanted something that could be horribly abused and still give sterling service example: the HDi turbo chargers never fail because they're not under too much stress and the same goes for the rest of it, running 90 or 110 bhp is a walk in the park.
A 'tuned' HDi will require an efficient cooling system (flushed/treated, new thermostat, new OE radiator) and *very* keen oil changes with an uprated oil.

Bering mined that a 2.5" turbo back exhaust is a proven 8bhp gain on a stock engine theirs alot that can be improved

Is there anyone doing remaps for Siemens 2.0 HDi's yet? Surely they've been around long enough now?
