power increase for 2.0(90)

has anyone came across or used their service - http://www.hdi-tuning.co.uk/ecu-remappi ... HDI90.html seems very optimistic for 2.0(90)

...?That's not unrealistic really, 120bhp is quite easy to achieve, more that than requires additional cooling (Intercooler) and better exhaust system etc.
The capacity of a 2.0 turbo diesel is quite high, many new cars have around 170bhp and all run high boost pressures etc. To be fair the HDi was massively de-tuned from the factory because they wanted something that could be horribly abused and still give sterling service example: the HDi turbo chargers never fail because they're not under too much stress and the same goes for the rest of it, running 90 or 110 bhp is a walk in the park.
A 'tuned' HDi will require an efficient cooling system (flushed/treated, new thermostat, new OE radiator) and *very* keen oil changes with an uprated oil.
