2.2HDi crankshaft pulley - going to replace it

My engine is making "the noise" that indicates I may well have a failed/failing pulley.
Any suggestions for the best place to get the part?
And will a 12v impact wrench shift the bolt?
Thinking of getting an electric wrench, decided against cordless and either going the 230v or 12v route. Any suggestions on brands etc?

just had mine off and on again with a (snap on) battery powered impact wrench borrowed from a local garage with no issues.

Been down to GSF and picked up a Corteco pulley and Dayco belt, then machinemart for a Clarke CEW 1000 - now the fun begins

Useful to know that once you have removed the inner liner, you can access the bolt (with an impact wrench) with the wheels on the ground on full right lock.
Or to put it another way, when my extension lead did not quite reach I put the wheel back on and drove the car closer to the power socket
