A mate of mine is having problems with his 51reg HDI 90,the revs dip and it sometimes cuts out more so when the engine is cold,its had a new fuel filter,air filter etc recently but hasn't been used much in the last year,any ideas on a cure please?

but is the engine light on?
have you had it on a fault code reader and what did you get if you did?

My thoughts as well. Unplug the MAF (will light the EML) to see if it runs smoothly (albeit a bit down on power and up on fuel consumption).lozz wrote:Maf?
