circuit problem

I have a problem with a Peugeot 406, When test with a diagnostic tool Lexia-3Peugeot Diagnostic tool,it shows me a P1656 OCV circuit bank 1 and P0135 Oxygen sensor heater circuit problem. What does this mean and what is the problem ?
