406 2.2 hdi air in system?

Got some probs with my 406 2.2 hdi. Have recently defapped it and few days ago the car began to "shake" when on idle. Didnt have time for the moment to check the car and had to use it. Drove about 10km when it suddenly stopped. Thought about the worst first that timingbelt had jumped or something like that but found soon out that one of the injectors had somehow come a bit loose. So i suspect i have gotten air into the system. Now, im not used to diesels (my first diesel this) and i wonder how to get the air out from the system?

Assuming you no longer have a leak, the air will come out by itself as you run it.

No leak anymore. Got the car running now. Towed the car, didnt want to start another way. Got the air out driving around little in the village with a big white cloud behind me .
Have another annoying problem. When idle or at low rpm the car runs very rough. Feels like the engine wants jump out and dance away .
Have searched for info and belive its the crankshaft pulley that needs to be replaced. What more need to be replaced at the same time? The cambelt? Tensioners? Found this guide here: viewtopic.php?f=10&t=12410. Very clear and nice guide. But cant find a clear guide for cambelt replacement. Should propobly replace that also.

I don't see why a worn pulley would cause all the shaking. I'd firts address worn and dirty injectors or problems with the vacuum system.

Ok a bit more clear info how it runs.
Idle engine runs rough. Shakes a bit (whole car shakes actually). When driving it kind of "stutters before turbo hits in, then it runs smooth and nice. Its like it doesnt get enough fuel before turbo kicks. As i said earlier one injector somehow had come loose a bit so exhaust came out that way. Tightened it and got the car running again but rough low rpm remains.

Well Gloves on tomorrow then and dive under the hood and undirt then then. This evening i know then what to do... try find info about the best way to get them loose, clean them and so on

There is a post on here, somewhere, on how to remove them. From "doggy". But bear in mind the are extremely difficult to remove. They may be impossible to remove without the specific 1000+£ tools. Also when you got them out you'd need to take them to an injector specialist to have them cleaned with ultrawaves. Which is expensive, to say the least. Your best bet is to have max 20 liters of diesel in the tank and pour in a full tank dose of professional diesel injection cleaning solution. I do not know what kind of brands you have in UK, but avoid those 125ml small plastic bottle. You need the professional stuff that comes in 400+ml metal bottles.

Also, it may be worth checking it is the injector the problem first. To do so you must find someone with a PP2000 hardware and software near your place and have him/her check the injector flow corrections live data from the ECU. They should be ideally less than 0.5 in absolute data. If they are more, the injectors must be cleaned. If the values go to even more than 2 or 3, you better clean them fast before they ruin your engine forever.

From Sweden btw ;)... Well, did pour in some plasticbottle stuff into the dieselfilter compartment. Will soon get pp2000 and lexia3 from china (ebay is your friend). Well, will check with pp2000 first and then decide what to do.

Got my lexia 3..pp2000.. Diagbox updates for everything etc etc etc etc... and i am very confused. Got 3 cd (dvd) with dozen of programs in it.
Dont know how to get it installed correctly? Most is in chineese and there are dozens of folders. No guide whatsoever, and i am very very frustrated and angry.
Yes i am used to install stuff, install whatever but this?

Does anyone know from where i could get the programs i need. Dont need cables, got them.

If i understand it right Diagbox is new interface pp2000 and citroen?.. and should work fine (if i now get the prog working)... have version 6.04 on disc i got from china. Have problem thou to get it installed.
