Hi all, here's a video of a cold start qith my 2.2 HDi.

You can first hear how my injector problem isn't solved yet (even if before fitting doggy's injectors it was much worse). The engine rattles a lot when cold / pushed.
Around 0:28 you can hear a screeching noise. Is this something you can recognize?
After 0:40 you can better hear my crankshaft pulley noise. Am I correct thinking of this? I must be sure before going to the dealer and kick his a**.

could you clarify this? I don't get it
You mean the pulley's noise is normal?

My engine is very noisy, especially the injectors. If you reckon your pulley is on the way out then you should be looking for metal particles under it and seeing if the halves are separate by drawing a line across it and seeing of the halves of the pulley are moving differently to each other.

I can hear something but I wouldn't rush into replacing anything if it was me as steve said it sounds 'normal'.

You should have heard my bottom pulley when it went it was the loudest knocking/banging noise ever!

thasnks for the input guys. >I'll try to investigate further but... no time right now. I may pop to a mechanic and ask him what he thinks.
sadly I don't have a mechanic of trust yet.
