Hi all,
Left taking my old T reg td a bit to close to its mot anniversary-can anyone give me a resume of what I need to check out on the rear suspension-never looked at it before, and particular weak spots to check out on all those arms and bushes?
Thanks-and by the way excellent forum-some very knowledgable people on here.

Re: rear suspension
Jack up the rear wheels and try to move the wheels up and down and side to side, if you feel any movement, look at where the movement is coming from and replace the relevant part.
Weak points are....anti roll bar bushes, horizontal link bars, vertical swivel pin bushes, front to rear swing arm link bushes.

Re: rear suspension
Ive just replaced the 4 links at the back and anti roll bar bushes..... not a difficult job and Im really pleased with results. Smoother and the annoying knock I had has gone. Parts about 50 Quid tops.
