Somehow got a call from a guy thats works on the system that I have and after doing the injection run off tests, cleaning all relays plugs etc, it seems that the fuel had contamination in it. Tank and pump cleaned out new filters and conditioners added. The diesel was a milky brown colour and smelt a bit like paint thinners and the filter was brown, the guy said did I let my tank run down and then fill to top I said no I usually add £25 at a time he explained that everytime I opened the fuel cap a squirt of the Eloys fuel additive was added so technically I was adding about 4 squirts to every tank full whereas if I let car go to 1/4 tank then fill up I would only be adding 1 squirt, so it looks like fuel tank was having a build up of the additive which did show up on the diagnositcs as a fault with the additive.
Anyway fingers crossed that this corrects it, took it a good run and it seemed fine so I live in hope LOL
