You can buy the locking tool for about £7 online. It's made by sealey and Draper. You just bolt it in place. I just got my big screwdriver on the flywheel and held it in place while my stepdad undid the pulley. Came off quite easy actually. A good deal of loctite went on when refitting and torqued it up so it ain't coming off again easily (sorry to any future owners
)!
