Coolant for 1997 2.0 turbo petrol (XU10J2TE)

Hi all,

Looking for coolant alternatives to PROCOR 3000 (mentioned in the handbook) as I can't get it where I am. I believe it's an OAT-based coolant so I was going to go with Mannol AF12+ as it's free from silicates, nitrates, phosphates and amines so sounds like a safe bet. Any other suggestions? What's the capacity of the system?

Forgot to ask but are there any other bleed screws other than the ones on the thermostat housing and heater matrix?
