Aiming for 160+ bhp

Hey

I am planning to raise my 2.2 HDI 136bhp to 160+ bhp.

I am after help and reassurance please.

I will be putting on a 'generic 180' map with De-FAP and De-EGR. I am planning on purchasing the following to flash my ECU - http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Galletto-1260 ... 4d1d6ba126

I have bought 2 of these to blank my EGR - http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/161311381930? ... EBIDX%3AIT
I dont plan to remove pipes etc - just add the plates - using the location info found here - http://www.406coupeclub.org/PHPBB3/view ... 45&t=44036

I am planning to smash out the contents of the FAP using Doggy's How-To - viewtopic.php?f=1&t=12485
*Whilst here do I also smash out the contents of the CAT? Or leave it? If it makes little to no difference id rather leave alone.
**Do I need to do anything with the 'Pig Wee' Tank? Unplug the Sensor? Id prefer to leave it in position.

Not that you aren't more than welcome on here but I'd suggest you sign yourself up on the coupe forum as Finchy over there is something of an expert on the de-fap/remap process and has done an excellent guide.
I'd also enquire about anyone selling a 'NICO' pipe mod for removing the dozer assembly as it cleans up the front of the intake manifold nicely and gives you more room to manouvre for other jobs.

I do also have the 200 map but not having the Nico Pipes I am just going for the 180 map.

How much roughly do the Nico pipes go for?
