Hdi 90 Engine mounts

Thinking maybe my engine mounts have gone wobbly and not helping my kangarooing issue,
On the old 405 (god rest it's soul) the top one by the cambelt was easy, the transmission one wasn't too bad but the one behind the sump was just too much agro.
Is the 406 much the same?
Top one is numbered 19015 and looks like:

But 28661 is new on me, looks like the old mini tie bar:

What are these 3 like to change and are they known to degrade/go soft?
