Thrust bearing noisy, will it still be ok to use car?

my car has started whining when driving and when the clutch is pressed it wurrs/grinds, is my clutch gonna break any minute or will it be ok? i need it tomorrow to go away for xmas.

How long is a piece of string? It might go on for many miles like that, or the bearing might disintegrate and do damage, or seize and cut through the diaphragm... I really can't advise you to go anywhere :(

well its only started being noisy recently i think, as i think it was the other day i first noticed the whining noise and i thought it was just snow stuck in my wheel arch, is only tonight ive noticed it fully, and when the clutch is down its grinding, whining.

iagree as above:

its a gamble on how long it will last,
ive had cars with thrust bearings on there way out and theyve lasted out until igot it replaced,
id just use the car on short journeys in my honest opinion until you can have it replaced,
