Yeah, sure, don't forget to add the 25% of their estimated value import tax, plus 22% tax. And don't forget that RHD cars sell like stone cold cakes with mould on.

I've done some checking...

P-406 coupe 3.0 V6, 98.g., 130000 km, all equipment, irreproachable condition, £5,452.57

I hate you all!

Put it in the paper for a silly price, if it goes, wayhay! If it don't then it's next year. Cars sell easier in the spring too so I wouldn't sweat it too hard.

Torx is crap on cars. Not everyone has torx screwdrivers and when used on the brakes (Shame on you 306GTi-6!) the weild up with the crap and heat then will round off if you even touch them. Torx may give good surface area to prevent the bit or screwdriver slipping out and allow high torque applicat...

Dunno where it was, only found loads of stuff on emissions. So, with all this emmisions gubbins all over the shop, can a diesel run too rich? Probably. Hmm, reminds me of something... ...you will get excessive borewash caused by the unburnt fuel The other think is the turbo'll be trying to suck the ...

I've read somewhere that it's very important to change the air filter on a diesel. Will investigate.

Apparantly they do exist, they're only on for a fraction of a second (or not at all if it's warm) when it's above zero. There's a light too, don't blink or you'll miss it.

Re: Drivers seat - repair or replace ?

 I almost forgot....my D8 also failed the MOT on an "insecure" drivers seat! Perhaps it needs to see a shrink... :P Yeah yeah, no more nails, superglue, baked beans tin, sticky back plastic and some ordinary household bleach... Sooo won't last very long! Weld it, preferably plate it too. At le...

Take newish rear disks from D8 to put on D9, take warped disks from D9 and shove back on D8 without touching anything or worrying about old pads, turn adjusters 'til brakes lock, back off a bit without caring much. Feel surprise when handbrake LOCKS the wheels at two clicks... I still wanna ...
