I just bought a 406 estate executive that have a leak in condenser and when disconnecting the pipes, the high pressure one had the connector seized and it snapped with half of it with the o-ring stayed in the condenser which forces me to repl...

Have you opened it up? The issue on mine was just cold soldering spots.. and it was sometimes running on max power then the blower stopped working eventually.. simple re-soldering the spots resolved the issue for me.

I tried to test the compressor today, the one I bought from ebay and it looks faulty.. same as mine. I've got my second key now, cut the blade, got another transponder chip and remote electronics/board. I was able to successfully program both keys, but remote is working only one of them (my original one). The second board I bought from ebay will not sync after the programing is done... I've replaced the compressor for a second hand from ebay.. added oil and added refrigerant, and still not working. The clutch is not engaging. I start to thing the issue might be somewhere else and the compressor is actually ok... Checked both fuses, under the steering wheel and engine bay, both ok....
