Re: Radiator hose retaining clip
The online store I found it will only ship within Indonesia, so I don't think it would help you that much. But here's the link anyway if you're curious: https://www.tokopedia.com/beresinpeugeotmu/kancing-hose-radiator-sblh-bawah-peugeot-406-d8-atau-d9?whid=0 (it's in Indonesian) As Steve says, your ...

Re: Radiator hose retaining clip
Is it not the same clip as the one retaining upper radiator hose? If it's the same maybe you could try sourcing that instead (or maybe even try to buy new thermostat housing just for the clip)

Overheat during Steep Highway Climb
I'm posting this to share my findings, not really meant to ask any question but you're welcome to leave your thoughts  In the last few years of owning my 2.0 petrol D9 (RFV) the water temp gauge always stays above 90 (around 100 to 110) while climbing a 6% grade highway (which I read somewh...

Where did you upload it into? I think there's something wrong if a file that are only several MBs is taking that long to upload

Re: Where to find schedule of torque wrench settings...?
Sadly, no
The only useful stuff I can get from servicebox right now is that handbook
I decided to upload this to Google Drive anyway: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1_ziYi6 ... sp=sharing

Re: Where to find schedule of torque wrench settings...?
Hmm... it didn't kicked me out. I'm also not a paying servicebox user. Did you try to sign in first? Because it needs to be in signed in order to download that handbook If anybody else can't get the handbook through servicebox, maybe I'll upload it here. But since I don't know how legal it is to red...

Re: Where to find schedule of torque wrench settings...?
If you sign up at https://public.servicebox-parts.com, and then click on this link: http://public.servicebox-parts.com/dtt/AC/CDP/donnees/en_US/en_us_t2_2001.zip You could get handbook which contain various torque settings (particularly for the engine). It's actually a Citroen handbook, so anything ...

Re: New 'stricter' MOTs...
Most of that 261 pages are just lists of however many models of car available in UK. Something like this: https://i.postimg.cc/wTRWfCYj/Screen-Shot-2021-01-15-at-19-56-35.jpg I'm (thankfully) not in that city, so no need to do the test. I just find it interesting because Jakarta's regulation are div...

Re: New 'stricter' MOTs...
Sorry for resurrecting old thread, I thought it would be better to post here instead of creating new thread  Since Indonesia's capital city (Jakarta) has announced that they have a new rule that each vehicle older than 3 years required to underwent emission test every 6 months, I thought I ...

Re: HELP! Key and barrel stolen!
From what I understand, apart from matching the engine, you also need to match other features of the car, such as if there's any variable power steering, air conditioned or not, etc. But I don't know what consequences it would make if it does not have 100% exact equipment. Also if I'm not mistaken t...

Re: 2.0 16V crank but no start
There were times where the car sit for awhile, but in the last few months it was used regularly. Before the problem happened, the car was unused for maybe two or three days, which I think is still a reasonable time for a car to be unused.

Re: 2.0 16V crank but no start
Today I drive around 6,5 km each trip (so around 13 km round trip). Each trip the engine starts up quickly and always from cold engine (first trip in 10 am and second trip in 8 pm). During each trip everything seems completely normal, there's no vibration, engine sounds normal (probably I should tak...
