sounds a bit like mine , think i`ll get thr filter lid seal changed cos was thinking that couls be a point of entry this issue has developed over 5000 miles of motoring for mine was ok when got it November 2010 wouldnt start (no glow light showing ) pulled all fuses in box behind battery one -by -on...

Maybe you could pull the pipes off where the go through the bulkhead and join them together with a bit of half inch copper pipe - I don't think it would be advisable to block them off. You'll also need to bleed it of course... I have done this as temp solution having the same problem .bled all syst...

A pain to change the bottom one - I tried and failed miserably. All the others are easy. Do you get clunks when going over bumps? Could be anti-roll bar drop-links.
