Well it was the intercooler pipe and £100 later fixed by my local garage but it took them 2 days to get the part! Seems a bit pricey too but good to have it sorted - now my link arm is playing up (see my other post!)

Well the nuts are the killer and I didn't want to destroy the ball joint before being sure to get the inner end off... so I ran out of time and feel I miserable failure! :cry: At least I spotted the piece of metal in my tyre when re-fitting the wheel so I know I need to get this sorted before my nex...
