Not advice, just an anecdote. I left a petrol 405 in an airport long stay car part for 3 months (3 week contract turned into 3 months). You are bang on the money sir, thank you. Now all I need is a right hand driveshaft which I should be able to get tomorrow.

Just bought it at 145,000 miles. My Almera just died at 273,000 miles so the pug has a few miles to go yet, but should make it in about 2 years
