I changed the gear oil yesterday, But it's still flashing. I borrow a PPS to check it say no false found.

it's not locked in 1st. It's flashing on '1' and 'snow' position on the gear position indicator, when I turn the key before start. Does anyone have this problem? When I start engine the 1(not a sport) and snow are flashing and I can't change gear to any position, I have changed the gear oil, but it still flashing. Please help me.
