After recently buying a D9 406 SV (top spec V6 here in Oz) I tried to establish its service history and contacted the dealer that had done the most recent service. It would seem that they different names for different markets but after a quick check, I note that Servicbox lists them as Boreal so I am feeling at least partly vindicated!

Yes I think you are all correct. I will have to have the fault diagnosed - naively perhaps, I am still hoping that there is a recalibration process to save me from extraordinary expense. I'll let you know what happens.
