Re: Petrol 2.0 Turbo - Spare pipes and sensors?

The white connector is actually a brass connector with a adjustable style bolt on the top. Could well be a bleed valve I guess.

Would explain why it goes like stink I guess. I should probably get it on a rolling road and check the power.

Re: Petrol 2.0 Turbo - Spare pipes and sensors?

Sounds about right. But why have they done it? I feel like I have tonnes of power, but would rather have it std. Anyone know if this has increased the boost? Or Reduced it? Can't get my head around which it would have done.

Can someone point me to which pipes go where?

Many thanks.

Petrol 2.0 Turbo - Spare pipes and sensors?

I was doing a little fiddling under the bonnet when I came across a non-standard modification. Someone has joined 2 pipes and blocked off another. I also have a sensor which seems to be missing 3 pipes. I've very sure they are all related. http://img404.imageshack.us/img404/7820/photo0029c.jpg Colou...

Re: D8.5?

Also, the Exec should have a radio control stalk, but there isn't one, or even a hole where it may have been removed.

Re: clocks in the dark

I was playing in my dash board yesterday. I only undid the three at the top of the trim and the ones holding the dials in. Didn't touch an access panel. I did have some trouble getting the trim out though. Also, while in there I found that all I needed was a bulb to 'enable' the door open warning li...

Re: Unidentified dashboard button

Ah, ok. My key fob doesn't work, does the alarm switch on with the key fob? If so, I best get it fixed!

Unidentified dashboard button

Hi, I've had my 406T Exec for a week now and all is well. I've fixed the passengers seat that wouldn't go back, and adapted my wiper stalk so it now has the trip computer button waiting to be wired up. However, I'm a bit confused about this button on the right: http://img687.imageshack.us/img687/154...
