I`ve been reading handbook and believe the fuse required is a 20 amp and located on the lower fuse box to the lower right of steering column but the release thingy`s don`t have grooves in for a screwdriver--i am worried about forcing them out in case they break and won`t pop back in properly--any id...

Assistance required please!!!!!!! My 406 3.0 SE Coupe starts when it feels like it-- when it won`t start all the dashboard lights are on but nothing happens when i turn the key??????????????????
