u may need to move studs if u r using same lucas bracket on pump
definatly fuel injectors and injector pipes
timing just use the bolt methos in flywheel pump and cam
i leave off 3 nut under pump so it makes timing it easier when u start

having just upgraded my 406 to a bosch -we have 1 lucas epic pump for sale with injectors and injector pipes and bracket
full working order even took a video of it to proove

got a feeling it something to do with cold start advance mechanism .... ecu i think talks to pump and controls valve somehow have checked all that u say its getting fuel ok realy want to know how what the ecu sends down the line how it operates i have unplugged the cable to pump and it made no diffe...

what sort of bulbs do i need for dash lights

his issue is a weirdy one just changing back to diesel from veg on this car as new person wants it that way .. i disconnected battery wonder about some ecu crap programme now when running diesel we now have a clatter ...as if cold start advance is operating engine management light is on well it goes...

can always put a spanner between to large plus terminals live.....
that way u will know if its solenoid or starter

this is my 2nd one i ahve done of these ...but i do it so infrequently that i might as well be my first .. just took off a bosch pump off a 1.9td with all the lines injectors bracket etc however there are 2 sets of studs on the pump bracket one for bosh and onef or liucas so i leave them where they ...

totaly diffenrt engine with totaly diff ecu .. however if u were to use a bosch pump u could dispence away with all that ecu rubbish there might b other changes and layouts as well exhaust engine mountings .... rev counter ussues easier to just buy a 1.9td i have an estate 1.9 td bosch pump will run...
