You can have my 406 for £300 if you want??? It has the Bosch fuel pump, so is better for tuning. Has high mileage but i was told it had a replacement engine, not that i have any proof of this though. If you want anymore info, email me or pm me.
Cheers

Re: Find me an engine mount!
Is this the one which requires driveshaft removal to fit? Ive gotta do the same one on my saloon, and i am dreading it.
Im sure it can be done with the mount still on the car, with the help of a blow torch and some grease.

few problems with new 1.9td
Hi folks, Ive recently bought a 1.9td for a bargain price, but there are a few problems with it. Firstly ive gotta do the front wheel bearing, how difficult a job is it and are any special tools needed? Also, ive got an awful rattle/squeek coming from towards the fan belt area. It is constantly nois...

Re: lowering
I had the springs custom made. And even then, the rear sits a bit higher than the front which is annoying. Id keep it the same all round, so 60mm front and rear or whatever.trev14 wrote:Musso2010 how did u get 80 mil.. I wan mine sitting like yours is in ur profile pic

Re: lowering
Mine is lowered 80mm and its awfull. I cannot get full lock, i get scrubbing when the car is fully loaded, im restricted to where i can go (without ripping the bottom of my car off), but it handles awesome.
From what ive seen, 40mm is the norm, and looks pretty good.
