Re: Clutch bleeding??
Turns out all you need to do is open up the small pot on the bulkhead that says 'Do not open' and pour in some fresh fluid. Jobs a gooden and the clutch works like a charm ;)

Hello All I have a V6 coupe on an R reg that has the sealed clutch slave and master system. Over the past year the clutch pedal has been getting worse and worse. I have to pump the pedal quite a few times to get it in gear most of the time and the car tries to creep forward with the clutch fully dow...

Re: 2.0 turbo on super unleaded?
Cheers for the replies. I'll give it a go on super and see if it performs any better, won't be just yet though as I'm driving sensibly to see how many mpg I get. Interesting about that Scooby though

2.0 turbo on super unleaded?
Hi I got my 2.0 turbo on the road the other day and was really impressed by how well it went, now 1 week later and it's not seeming quite as impressive. Now either I've got used to the power or it's because I'm now using regular unleaded when before I was using super unleaded. Does anyone feel any d...

Re: xu10j2te turbo
No it won't fit mate, the 406 manifold has a unique flange that only the 406 turbo fits. You might be able to get away by making a hybrid from the two turbos?

Dunno yet, I've only taken it round the block so far, it just wheelspins when I put my foot downCaptain Jack wrote:Wow, that must fly in the 205!
I've ordered a set of toyo proxes which should help me get the power down a bit better.

Cheers for the reply TB.
I've finally got to the bottom of it now and it turned out it was some damaged wiring going to the crank sensor.
All thats left to do now is get it mot'd

2.0 turbo running problem
Hi all I have an issue with the 2.0 turbo engine that I've fitted to my 205. It doesn't seem to want to start with out using 'easy start', when its idleing it's ok but if you press the throttle the revs drop and it nearly dies, I get the odd backfire too as I try to rev it. It's one of my projects t...
