Hi, My peugeot was in the garage today and they did a fan belt replacement. they said that the tensioner didn't need replacing and they checked all of the other pulleys but they all seemed fine. i dont know if the problem will happen again but i am not to convinced that the problem has been resolved...

OK thanks. i wanted to avoid paying £60 from the dealers and have the kit there for future use. But if it is that expensive then £60 it is

Please can someone point me in the right direction as to which connection i would need. i beleive there is a few types and i dont want to get the wrong one

Hi, i hope you dont mind me just jumping in here but whilst everyone is on this topic. could the tensioner actually make a grinding/knocking noise? Its just as my 406 is currently suffering from this. Its only ocasional and it lasts for a few minutes. I am going to book it into a garage later on tod...
