Mine have don the same. Pulled it out and gave it some contact clenear with lubrication. It runs fine now

It have always been like this....and yes the air moves away from the top vents, when i select the floor. And more air gets to the feet. But not very much

I have a 406 HDI from 1999. I can´t seem to get heated air to the feet. Are there anyone whit same problems.

I can read mine. Including live data. Peugeot 406 Hdi 1999(110Bhp) I am using a U581

I am not 100% sure. The thing i know, is that I can read mine whit the u581. And I get live data from the car. eg TPS sensor, coolant temp, maf sensor......It read the car as a kwp2000 protocol. I would buy the u581, becaus it supports canbus. It may be handy in the future. You can also buy a u585, ...

why do you need to know that. Mine is not. but I can communicat whit it any way. If yours is from 2000, it dosent support obd2. The socket looks like a Obd2, but as fare as i know it is not.

Mine isent a obd 2. It protocol is called a kwp2000, I think. I dont know that. But I have tried it on a 2006 Opel(vauxhall) Corsa and that worked. I have also tryed it on a 2006 Vw Transporter but no go. Dont think i works on VAG cars. I works on a 1996 Ford escort 1,8
