Re: Air filter.

I have just "chipped my hdi with about 20% increase across the board. I also ran a K&N filter. The filter lets the engine breathe a bit better but has little effect on the performance. I paid just over £100 on flea bay for mine. the diffrence is phenominal.

The current e bay auction number 330258260736 has just over a day to run. Just put a watch on it but DO NOT BID until ...

tuning chip

Just fitted a TDI sysatems tuning chip. Can`t believe the difference ! Smoother more power, especially mid range. Best £100 I have ever spent. Only pain was getting to the plug which is on the bottom of the rail behind the filter ! :)

Re: alloy wheels nr 9606.GT

During the dry fit I could`nt see the problem. thats why I was confused The wires for the pads just needed to be pulled back. I can get them dry fitted again as I have a mate with a garage. So if anyone was sceptical as I was, a test could be carried out. Funnily enough my mate with the garage had a...

Re: alloy wheels nr 9606.GT

I will throw in my std rims as well. They have continentals fitted all round with really good tread. You could put them on the new rims so you would`nt need to buy new tyres ! Now that may make it more inviting ! :)

Even came out to the car to check the rims that are atill in my boot. Have since bought some aftermarke...
