Hi there!
I'm afraid it's always been hard to find anything for OG 406's. Maybe this will help http://www.autoelectric.ru/auto/peugeot/406/rgx/rgx.htm (I'm amazed that still exists!) Round connectors? Hmm.
Wire codes are your friend. Diagrams less so.
Good luck!

  The end of an era   AH well, 5 years of trouble free motoring for 150 quid is bloody amazing, something you'll be very lucky to get with anything more modern. I only do around 500 miles a year Crikey, do you even need a car? Tax & insurance doesn't care how many miles y...

Re: Fitting Coupe Auto V6 into Manual 2.0 Turbo Estate..
Lordy!  That sounds like hours of fun... It's usually in the lap of the gods as to what extra wiring was included but the coupes were built in Italy, I guess it'll depend what Pug was too lazy to exclude but I suspect there won't be much if any extra wiring. Fortunately you're not gon...

Re: Can you convert 406 with the analog climate control unit to Auto?
Possible? Yes. Easy? Nope. As far as I remember it's run by the BSI so... new BSI/ECU combo, sensors, flap motors, wiring loom, new overhead console to take the tiny little fan thing... Buy another car as a donor?
I'd stick with the knobs, bowden cables can't strip gears...

Re: Sourcing an (obscure?) radiator fan
You may as well, it sounds like it'll fail sooner or later so probably best to do it when you want, rather than it fail at the side of the road on a hot day... That's the same connector as the Russian one, so as per PSA is only showing us the connections to the loom on the fan shroud, anything else,...

The fan I am replacing has a 5 pin connector, like this one: https://imgur.com/7QysBBLhttps://imgur.com/7QysBBL Link no worky I'm afraid. I think this be the one https://catalogs.ssg.asia/peugeot/?lang=en#c3Q9PTgwfHxzdHM9PXsiMTAiOiJNb2RlbCIsIjIwIjoiNDA2IChyZXN0eWxpbmcpIiwiNDAiOiJCb2R5OiA0IERPT1IgU0...

Re: 2.0 turbo LHD gear knob part number
I guess that kind of makes sense
I'm not sure if the ad in the ebay link is selling the whole thing or just the adaptor
Although ebay is also suggesting someone selling 2 adaptors so I guess there's more. Why anyone would need 2 of the things is beyond me...

Hello there young feller! :cheesy: Good to hear from you. Still rocking the 407 AND the C6    That's amazing, I thought the C6 might have been heading for the nearest cliff... Oddly enough around these parts I'm seeing more 406s than 407s, but I don't think that's a longevity th...

It's been a long time but I think it's as easy as D8's have two bonnet catches while D9's only have one.

Re: 406 RFR engine jerks between 1850-2300 RPM
Hello. Umm, I think I'm going to go for the o2 sensor, if it's getting no feedback the ecu falls back on a fixed map which won't take into account stuff like engine loads, like going up a hill or whatever. I'm surprised it's not throwing a MIL, but if it is disconnected you won't know if this is the...
