I've used both methods and can confirm both works.. the subframe as resting position worked just fine to crack the bolt when everything else failed.. (this was long time ago before I had a impact gun).. but nowadays when I did this job last year, the impact just loosened it up no problem.

I'm looking to get hold of one of these as well... they look pretty cool.

I have a 3D scanner and 3D printer.. If I secure one, I will scan it and make it printable.. so anybody can print their own :-)

They did not smash the window for the remote.. they just took whatever was inside.. the remote and security bolt for wheels were pretty much the only things in there that I miss :/ I better not keep the remote in the car next time.. or at least hide it somewhere...

It's 19" and not entirely sure where they come from.. I think they might be coupe or gtr wheels.
