Re: DIY Belt Change

I've used both methods and can confirm both works.. the subframe as resting position worked just fine to crack the bolt when everything else failed.. (this was long time ago before I had a impact gun).. but nowadays when I did this job last year, the impact just loosened it up no problem.

Re: None smoking kit

I'm looking to get hold of one of these as well... they look pretty cool.

I have a 3D scanner and 3D printer.. If I secure one, I will scan it and make it printable.. so anybody can print their own :-)

Re: Wanted: 19" wheels

Not sure to be honest.. I did not own them from new. I bought them from FB marketplace from somebody who had them on 406 coupe. So I assumed they came with the car, but it looks like they might be aftermarket. After some more digging into it I was able to find that these kind of wheels are called "A...

Re: Wanted sat nav remote

Thanks GingerMagic, so far no reply.. They did not smash the window for the remote.. they just took whatever was inside.. the remote and security bolt for wheels were pretty much the only things in there that I miss :/ I better not keep the remote in the car next time.. or at least hide it somewhere...

Wanted: 19" wheels

This will be a long shot, but I'm looking for this wheel.
It's 19" and not entirely sure where they come from.. I think they might be coupe or gtr wheels.
I have 4, but one cracked at the edge.. looking for 1 or 2 to replace.

Re: How to disconnect/connect AC pipes?

Knowing how to disconnect it is still only half of the job.. especially if the pipe is seized solid after 20 years  This took some serious patience.. First, the spring did not bulge at all. Had to use some picking tools to start cleaning it inside + plenty of WD40 slowly scraping some white/ch...

Re: How to disconnect/connect AC pipes?

I think I found what I was looking for: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Oii4eKizdb8 I would have never figured that one out lol.. and it looks so simple, you litteraly don't need anything extra. I had no idea that dangling piece of plastic rings on the pipes I've seen so many times are actually the ...

Was that from official servicebox website you downloaded them?
Or some 'other' source?
Would love to get a copy if they are still available somewhere.

Hey, thanks frog..
Are you using an offline backup of servicebox?
Where did you get yours from?

I am only aware of ssg.asia alternative to servicebox.

Re: AC pressure equal on low and high side.

New Thermotec electromagetic coils have arrived from Poland! Upon closer inspection I've noticed there are some differences... First, the cable is shorter, which made me worried a little bit as the connector would not reach it's resting place. Then the alignment bump and hole on the back of the coil...

Re: Blower controller cables

I found the pictures when mine was acting up.. it's been a few years back, but once resoldered and returned back never had a blower issue again. I accessed mine via passenger footwell.. it was a bit tricky to remove what I remember, but doable. Btw: mine was working as well.. but it was temperamenta...
