Thanks for the replies... we've had it on the ramp and there were no obvious spilt hoses etc, it sounds like a high pressure noise (like the turbo on full chat/and almost like a really badly slipping belt) just at idle, coming from the turbo/cat area. Giving it a little bit of gas and going over 100...

Thanks- I tried disconnecting the EGR vacuum line which made no difference, though I guess if it was blocked/stuck anyway might have no effect.
