Recently I have noticed that the interior light on my HDI has been leaking a bit, small drops yes but it has already blown the reading light. What could it be? It does have a sunroof.

Big mistake
Well I had the worst scare of my life. Does anybody remember the 2010 Lexus/Toyota unintended acceleration drama? I had one myself yesterday when driving home from work. The drive is about 1 hour on the motorway and using the cruise control makes it so much easier, I therefore set it to 120km/h or a...

Re: high revving at start up when cold
Ohh, did not see HDI, like Doggy said it is unusual for a diesel to do that. My V6 does that to heat up but Diesels shouldn't. Might want to get that checked out. Maybe PP2000 would identify the problem

Re: high revving at start up when cold
That's just the car heating up and getting to temperature faster when cold, any higher than 1800rpm and you might have a problem but other than that it should be fine

Re: 6 speed gear box
A 6 Speed is great for a HDI and fuel consumption, also better on the motorway[emoji2]

Leather seats cracking
I am not sure weather any care products were ever aplied before I bought the car, though I have applied some lately. Will the respray have any problems with discoloration? I used to own a discovery with seats that were slightly a different color to the rest[emoji2]

Leather seats cracking
I haven't really taken a lot of notice lately but the seats on my HDI estate have been cracking. What could I use and could I get them resprayed, I have a friend who can do it but not really sure what the downfalls are? http://tapatalk.imageshack.com/v2/15/02/13/0e7cf869e0f78637e050cce102bb941a.jpg ...

What do you make of this? Dashcam / main stealer test drive
About 8 years ago I sent my Volvo S60 to the Volvo dealership in Kent, not sure really, and it was there for 10 days for a climate control problem and sunroof leak. Back then I was a sales rep so had to have a dashcam fitted, the car sat at the dealership for 4 days and and nothing happend. After th...
