i have checked the inertia fuel cut-off switch and thats fine and i can hear the pump under the seat as i checked all that with pp2000

hello guys im new to this site i own a peugeot 406 2.0 hdi 110 exc im having problems with it big time it wont start at all ive run pp2000 and it dont come up with any faults at all on any of the items but the only thing i can see is there is no diesel flowing from injectors etc can any one share so...
