Volvo to limit all their new cars to 112mph

It's inevitable, resistance is futile!

Volvo to limit all their new cars to 112mph

Post by Welly » Mon Mar 04, 2019 4:15 pm

News in today: from 2020 all new Volvo's will be limited by the factory to 112mph.

This is so that other drivers have more time to see how good the car's look :cheesy:
Cars in my care:

2005 Volvo S40 T5 German Diesel botherer
2010 Citroen C4 1.6 HDi turbo de' explosions, bizarre gearbox model
2010 Renner Twingo refreshingly simple

Seems a bit pointless to me, most countries you can't even drive that fast anyway, unless you go to a racetrack and then it's just a hindrance.

I'm afraid I've lost interest, without seeing the grille I couldn't pick a recent Volvo out of a line-up. Jellymould, jellymould ra ra ra

Guessing it's an exercise in making Polestar look better by excluding it from this limitation
<steve_earwig> I think this forum is more about keeping our cars going with minimal outlay than giving our cars more reason to go bang
