Front armrest removal

Hi. Anyone know how to remove a front armrest? GLX Estate.

There is supposedly a button between the armrest and the seat to allow them to be removed, Not that I have ever looked for it.

Hi Peter, I have just popped out and removed one of my old ones...

The button is on the front edge of the plastic ring between the seat and the rest - when the rest up you push the button in ( it doesn't move much ) then pivot the rest down and it should pull away from the seat.
