Re: Just bought another 406 estate!

This one is amazing - the handbrake works, I feel inclined to take it apart and find out why. Peter Told you before that the handbrake can be good if properly adjusted & setup  Congratulations on the purchase, looks to be a great buy & you stole it at £250.00 :supafrisk: With regards to the pr...

Re: Coolant level sensor replacement

If you loose some coolant you can just top it up again Just need to know what type is in there already My method just saves any mess & the need for more coolant, it's very easy & takes a couple of minutes  But yes what you have suggested should work but if your coolant level is correct it's hi...

Re: Coolant level sensor replacement

You just turn it anti-clockwise by 90° & lift it out,
First put some small bore rubber tubing in the header tank & siphon 500mls off (windscreen washer pipe is ideal)

Re: help me plz PCV?

What normally happens is, If you have a boost leak of any description you have a loss of pressure on the turbo oil seals allowing oil to seep past This is then blown though the inlet side of the engine. Don't worry to much as a little will do no harm, just makes a mess as the years & miles roll by :...
