Re: Type of oil

Wag, I did state in my post why, The Total is listed in the Peugeot handbook that came with the car & the reason for changing to Mobil one this year is because it's made using a much better base stock oil to start with & should help lower my oil temps when towing as it's better under high loads. I h...

Sounds like the driver's side footwell electrics

Go to knowledge base & see crazy electrics

Failing that might be that your battery is failing, this can cause strange electrical problem's

Re: MoT failed, needs servo

Just one thing... changing the servo on a 406 is a MONGREL job with the engine in... ask me how I know! If I do it again, it will be engine out!! :? I watched whilst one was changed at a show / meeting on a 3.0 V6 coupe  If you think that's a MONGREL of a job then scrap your car & for...

Re: Auto to manual

I know the BSI and engine ecu will throw a wobbly if they don't see the a/t ecu. Apparently there's a way to switch it off once the engine's started. I don't think the engine is physically different, I'm told the V6's are though. Other than that, I've heard that moderns are so over-complicated it's...

Re: Rear Anti-Roll Bar Clamps Parts Availability

Front ones are available on EBay with tne bushes of course :cheesy:

But I've yet to find rear ones :(

I machined my own out of 6082 Alloy but that doesn't help you, sorry :?

Your best bet is to find someone breaking one with good ones :)
