Re: My 2.2 HDi coupe is slow. Doser delete? MAF?

Hi, welcome to the forum :cheesy: First thing I would check is the throttle cable clip, it fits on the ribbed part of the throttle cable near the airbox - without this then you would have slack in the cable, so no matter how hard you press the pedal, it's only part working.... Also check out the 'Ho...

Just to add...
I'll be parking with the Coupes this year, as this is what I'm driving - however I will mingle as best I can with everyone, given my social awkwardness :cheesy:

Re: Hidden Connects2 bluetooth

There isn't a great deal of space, but there is a bit behind the console if you pull out the ashtray. If you don't need access to it then it can sit in there, if you need to access it you can tuck it under the gearstick gaitor as there is also room there. I fitted mine into my country holder in the ...

Re: PP2000 midlands / northants / MK ?

Hi Peter. Is the cruise control stalk clicked into place? Also you may need to adjust the extra pedal switch to come on the right time - this is where PP2000 works wonders 8) There are a few members near Northampton with the set-up. Doggy is in Corby - not sure if he still has the gear though. DDD i...

Re: Anyone had a Smart Meter fitted at home?

I mustard mitt I'm tempted to go back to paying for my gas and electric by cheque, at least this way my £88 pounds per month stays in my account for 6 months, not in their bank a month in advance, and in credit..

Re: Anyone had a Smart Meter fitted at home?

I keep getting letters from Scottish Power regarding my opportunity to save* money on my bills by having a Smart* meter fitted - as they are in my area and it's in my interest to get one. I will keep politely declining this option - I'm not remotely interested in gadgets at all, and the cons certain...

Re: 406's.........the future is bleak!!

If I still had a 406 estate, which I still believe is one of the best looking, whilst ticking pretty much every box for me - and I needed to replace it, I would choose another 406, until such time that they are so rare or the price goes sky high... After that, I honestly wouldn't know where to look ...

Also, check the rubber seal all around the edge, it a bit is not quite fitted in proper then the boot is a bugger to shut...
Any debris in the bit that pushes down around the latch?

Welcome back Doggy and Doggy family. Re: Air re-circulation flap doesn't

Mine was jammed, I just forced it open as I've never used it in the closed position - I like fresh air....
The motor that changes the flap position is to the right if the glovebox, you need to remove the lid to see it.
It's matchbox size, and normally you would hear it working, or grinding.....

Re: Radio/cd player swap

Pop out the blank piece each side ( careful as they scratch easily ) and there are 2 torx underneath each one.
Undo these and it just pulls out.

I'm sure China Blue is colour code EGED** found on your A pillar sticker.
Yes the front door will fit - the rear door won't.
