if you are going to get a working one then you may as well blast all the sh*t out of it by taking it down the moterway to sheffield and back as close to the redline as you dare but must be above 3,000rpm, that will see all of the soot and sh*t that builds up burned out.

how is the seized cos if its jsut the vanes then thay can be freed off with some egr clener and a toothbrush

check your caliper slider all round and grease with red(rubber) grease not copper slip as i has a problem like this and it whent once the sliders had been grease replce if rustey or warn, thay can be got on ebay for cheap. peddal return is done by the seales in the brake caliper pulling the pistion ...

the ECU is behind the drivers suspension turret in the engine bay, not to shour on how esey it is to get at .

lest start with the simpel things unplug the ecu and plug it back have a look at the condition of the plug to, then check your relay for the ecu is working corectley(this may be in the engine bay fuse and relay box) also unplug it and plug it back in and inspect condition of conections

just checking autodata and its has a known fixes and bulitins and the p2051 code is in there. it suggest replacing the fuel filter so if it has not been replaced, replace it. also list the cause as water/contamination in the fuel system, so that mite be why it has not been fixed.

never felt redex did much, millers eco max is the best fuel system clener i have come across get the big bottel and double dose it (don't let the bottal fall over as it leakes out allover the place) couple the fuel cleaner with an italian tune up shold show somthing. if thers an improvment then its ...

the 106 and the 306 mostley came with lucus there are the odd one or two, but most are convertions that use citroen parts

what a bundel of miss infomation the inter cool will drop strat in. just take all the pipes from the turbo to the manifold and the manifold elbow as it has difrent angel on it then go to hdi tuning or who ever and get a stage two remap and have your self 140bhp. he can turn on the wast gate controle...

you can just unplug the egr and put a ball or a bolt or somthing in the end then put a clip of some kined round it
