Re: Dogmobile 3 The Camper

Bejesus, look at the size of it! which begs the question, where will you keep it?

I approve btw, I can see why you've gone for that one and how cool are those Captain's Chairs I don't think I'd ever tire of spinning them round

Re: and today i have mostly been...

Great progress update thanks, can I borrow a piece of firewood please?

I've not seen a sand sub-base like that before, interesting the different methods used around the world; proving again it doesn't have to be done a certain way.

Re: Going to stop lurking now...

Welcome in! As doggy says the 406 is a nice familiar comforting thing to flop into at the end of a hard day and it'll waft you home without any fuss. Arguably, no definitely, the best car Peugeot ever made. It's such a shame to see numbers dwindling and people giving up on them when faced with a fai...

Re: and today i have mostly been...

I turn to mush in hospitals, just want to get out of there pronto, sorry to hear you had a panic attack, nothing to be ashamed about that's your defense mechanism saying "lets get out of here pronto". I remember having an epidural 'up' the base of my spine when I had a slipped disc, the needle was h...

Re: Pointy Indicators on modern cars

I was so distracted by the bill board as I drove past, I nearly dropped my phone, my map and my coffee.. I don't know what you're complaining about to be honest, last week the DVLA were doing roadside checks near me and as I made a harsh U-turn to avoid them I spilled my glass of Red Wine :f...

Re: Pointy Indicators on modern cars

That 'swarm' idea should get in the sea and stay there, ffs :frown: I cannot stand all that "ohh look what we can do bollox" just piss off! Anyone noticed the DRL brigade now it's getting darker? the ones who 'think' they've got their lights on because the dash is lit up like a christmas tree and th...

Re: My new 406 project #2

Morning!

Yes that was very lucky, I like a story like that, my car ownerships tend to be negative financially.....

Hope you enjoy the Coupe.

Pointy Indicators on modern cars

Saw a new French car yesterday sporting those Audi style 'pointy' indicators and thought enough in enough :frown: For decades the universally accepted signal for a car turning or changing lanes has been a flashing orange light, that's it, we don't need this orange light to perform a silly pointy wal...

Re: My new 406 project #2

You Jammy Git  are you saying you got that for scrap money?

The new Calipers & Discs all round including the a/c pump must've set the PO back £2,000.00 at least

And who on earth bought the mobile pond feature off you? :?

Re: Photography

Those 2 teddies have traveled well  I know nothing about photography but do appreciate it when you see decently-taken shots like on that there flickr. My pics are usually hastily grabbed on a mobile, like this one one winter when this little fella came over to see what I was doing in the Garden...
